2. Warranties
By using this website, you warrant that:
You are at least 15 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
You agree to be financially responsible for all transactions made using this website, including those made by members of your household.
All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Transmission of Personal Data
By providing personal information through this website for registration or booking, you consent to Luxor Booking Tours sharing necessary data with service providers solely to complete your requested transactions. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Electronic Communication
By visiting this website or sending an email, you communicate with Luxor Booking Tours electronically and consent to receive electronic communications via email or fax. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of this website, including content and availability, at any time. While we strive to keep all information updated, we are not liable for any errors or omissions.
5. Payment Policy
To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required within three (3) days of confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before departure or upon arrival in Egypt but before the commencement of services. Special cases, such as peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter) or luxury bookings, may require full payment in advance.

6. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your tour or travel services, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees apply based on the following schedule:
45+ days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost
44 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the tour cost
14 to 7 days before arrival: 25% of the tour cost
6 days to 48 hours before arrival: 50% of the tour cost
Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund
Additional Cancellation Terms:
A minimum 10% service charge applies for cancellations after booking confirmation.
Separate cancellation policies apply for peak seasons (Dec 20 – Jan 15, Easter).
If you cancel after the trip has commenced, refunds are limited to recoverable costs from hotels and service providers. Unused services (hotels, meals, transport, etc.) are non-refundable.
A 10% amendment fee applies for confirmed bookings if changes are made 30–7 days before arrival.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds for unused or canceled services will be processed based on the cancellation policy. Refunds typically take 2–4 weeks due to banking procedures. If a refund is issued via credit card or bank transfer, applicable bank charges will be deducted.
8. Liabilities & Limitations
Price Adjustments: If government-imposed changes in monument fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges occur after booking, these will be passed on to the customer.
Third-Party Services: Luxor Booking Tours acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport providers. Any contracts, tickets, or receipts issued are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.
Itinerary Adjustments: Our itineraries are designed to provide an overview of likely schedules. However, due to factors such as weather conditions, road situations, or participant abilities, we reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety and convenience.
Service Provider Changes: We reserve the right to adjust rates if hotels, airlines, or transportation providers modify their prices after booking.
Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not liable for delays, alterations, or extra expenses resulting from:
Natural disasters
Flight cancellations or transport breakdowns
Political instability, strikes, or civil disturbances
Health emergencies or epidemics
Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Personal Responsibility: We do not provide travel insurance. All baggage and personal property are the client’s responsibility. Travelers are advised to arrange travel insurance in their home country.
9. Entrance Fees
Tour prices include main entrance fees to attractions. However, additional fees apply for:
Entering inside the Pyramids
Visiting the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum
Special tombs such as Tutankhamun’s & Nefertari’s Tomb
10. Tour Guides
Tour guides provide historical, cultural, and heritage information about sites and are not personal assistants. Their responsibilities end upon completing the tour itinerary.
11. Booking & Payment Deadlines
Bookings for day trips and excursions must be confirmed at least 72 hours before departure.
Full payment is required for confirmation. Unpaid bookings remain provisional.
Credit card payments take 48–72 hours to clear, and wire transfers may take 3–4 business days.
If payment is delayed, bookings are subject to availability.
12. Tour Durations & Additional Costs
Day tours run up to 8 hours; half-day tours run up to 4 hours.
Extra hours incur additional charges.
Service modifications requested after booking confirmation may incur extra costs.
13. Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the required documents, including a valid passport and visas. No refunds will be provided for denied entry due to missing documentation.
14. Customer Acceptance
By booking with Luxor Booking Tours, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance is confirmed through:
Payment for services by any method
Receipt of booking confirmation
